A two bedroom apartment,
very light and sunny and in a much sought after complex,
very popular with holiday familes. Close to shops,
bars, restaurants and less than five minutes walk to the
famous Balcon de Europa. But still private and quiet
as there is no access to anyone other than owners and
renters, it is a gated complex. The walk ways and pool
area are very well maintained and there is a life guard for
the pool in the summer months and a porter responsible for
the upkeep of the complex during normal working hours all
year. The swimming pool is normally open all year,
only closing for routine maintenance or if there are repairs
necessary, we would not be told this was happening and can't
be held responsible if the pool is closed. The property is situated on the first floor, the complex has disabled access and to reach the apartment there is a lift. Inside comprises, a lounge with dining area, comfortably furnished, a galley style kitchen with all modern appliances, one shower room, one full bathroom and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and the second bedroom is a twin also with fitted wardrobe. There is a nice balcony area with fantastic views over the pool, a table and four chairs provided, plus two sun loungers, you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the family in the pool. Highly recommended for a family holiday and no need for a car, walking distance to all amenities.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
