There are three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom being very spacious and with opulent furnishings and an ensuite bathroom with large corner bath.  Another bathroom with large walkin shower is in the hall way between

two bedrooms.

 

All in all a luxury apartment within two minutes walk of Torrecilla beach and within five minutes walk of the Balcon de Europa and all shops and restaurants.  The building does not have swimming pool but the close proximity of the beach and easy access to all amenities make up for this.  An ideal base for couples who want to enjoy the nightlife and have comfortable surroundings.

A deposit of (25%) should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any other currency can be made by prior arrangement. 

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable.  For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement.  Entry into the property is not until (16.00pm) and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
