building consists of three floors, this apartment is on the top floor
therefore a penthouse apartment, with a nice roof terrace./font>
The property comprises, two twin bedrooms,
one bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, lounge with dining area and as
mentioned earlier a nice roof terrace. The roof terrace has
table and chairs for al fresco dining and four good quality sunbeds,
the kitchen has all modern appliances eg. iron & ironing board,
washing machine, microwave, oven & hob plus fridge with freezer
compartment.
On the doorstep is a supermarket, plus
other shops, it is also five minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa and
roughly ten minutes to Burriana beach.
The town's bus
station is within two minutes walk as is the taxi rank, therefore car
hire is not essential unless you wish to visit other parts of
Andalucia, in the case of car hire the parking would just be street
parking and it can be quite difficult in summer months.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be
made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation
the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in
cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property
is not until 16.00pm
and departure is
10.00am,
it is very important to stick to
these times especially in busy summer months.
