A one bedroom apartment situated close to Burriana beach, less than five minutes walk and roughly fifteen minutes walk into the centre of town.  The apartment comprises a large lounge with dining area and American style kitchen, there is a full cooker, microwave and fridge with small freezer box, off the lounge, through french windows, there is a nice balcony looking onto the community gardens, this is equipped with a table and chairs.  There is also a full bathroom and twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

This apartment is of an older rustic style, but is comfortable and well equipped and can sleep three people as there is a sofa bed in the lounge.

There is also a community swimming pool and nice garden area.

Should the walk into town be a consideration there is a local frequent bus service from Burriana beach, this runs late into the night in the summer months.  For supermarket shopping there is a large supermarket less that five minutes away and a smaller one on Burriana beach.

A deposit of (25%) should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any other currency can be made by prior arrangement. 

Full payment must be made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable.  For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement.  Entry into the property is not until (16.00pm) and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
