Villa Carlivero is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private pool.
Situated in a very convenient location being only 10 minutes walk from
either the town or the beach, it is ideal for the family holiday. As you enter through the locking wrought iron gate you will see the ‘L’ shaped terrace and private swimming pool. The pool measurements are 6m X 2.70m surface area, 1.50m deep end and 1.15m shallow end. There are sun loungers, a patio table and chairs as well as landscaped banking. From the hallway there is the lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas. There is a T.V. receiving the free to air English channels and a DVD player. The dining area has a table and chairs. From this area there are two large patio windows which lead onto the terrace and to the pool area. The kitchen is galley style with light coloured units, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge and is fully equipped with utensils. The door leads on to the other side of the terrace where the patio table and chairs are situated. The first bedroom is on the ground floor having twin beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Next to this there is a good size downstairs shower room with shower, w.c. wash hand basin and a washing machine. Upstairs bedroom two also has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Bedroom three is the master bedroom, with a king size bed etc. and french windows leading to a small terrace. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom, with shower over the bath.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until (16.00pm) and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
