A three bedroom Villa with private pool, situated on the Nerja to
Frigiliana road, but very close to Nerja, approx. 1km, still has a real
country feel. The Villa comprises, three bedrooms, one double and two twin, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is another full bathroom, a large lounge, unusual conservatory area that holds a dining table for more formal meals, a fully fitted kitchen also with dining table, plus various terraces, garden area and a large private swimming pool. The pool measurements are 10m X 4m surface area, 2.20 deep end and 1.10m shallow end. The Villa has a rustic Spanish look, furnished in that style by the owners. It is possible to walk into Nerja, but we would recommend car hire, the centre of Nerja would be a good twenty minutes walk and the beach a little long, by car it would be five minutes.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
