This apartment is in a sought after
complex in Nerja, very close to Torrecilla beach, the area is full of
shops, bars and restaurants and is a two minute walk to the Balcon de
Europa. Car hire is not necessary unless you want to explore nearby
areas and then there is a garage provided. Inside the apartment you have a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine etc. and a breakfast area with table and chairs and views of the sea. Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom and a shower room, plus the living/dining area, with french doors to the terrace which is overlooking the community swimming pool. The apartment is well furnished with leather sofa's and a marble topped dining table with six chairs, there is a television with limited English programmes plus a DVD and you can hire DVD's in English. A very comfortable and well appointed apartment, enjoying lots of sun and the beach on the doorstep. Also with the benefit of air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, at extra charge.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
