A two bedroom apartment with only one apartment above, it's entered
more like a house, it is on the estate of El Algarrobo, which is close to
the popular Capistrano development. Inside there are two bathrooms, both
have a bath with shower over, there are two bedrooms one twin and one very
large double both with fitted wardrobes, a large lounge with dining area,
dining table with six chairs, television with cable channels. From
the lounge through french windows there is a nice sized south facing
terrace with sea view and equipped with a table and chairs.
There is a large community swimming pool, pictured left but
unfortunately when empty, normal opening times are May until October, the
opening and closing of the pools are always decided by the residents
committee and we have no control over that.
Car hire is recommended but not essential, there is a nearby local bus
service in Capistrano, but it is a good twenty minutes walk into town and
to Burriana beach.
