A Studio apartment in the centre of Nerja, two minutes walk to
Torrecilla beach or the Balcon de Europa.
The apartment is one large
room that serves as lounge, dining area and bedroom, plus a tiny separate
kitchen and bathroom, there is plenty of storage cupboards and the sofa
bed is very good quality. There is a small balcony equipped with
table and chairs, this has views to the community swimming pool.
The building is situated on Castilla Perez a main street in Nerja, well
placed for shops, restaurants etc. but the apartment does not face the
street, therefore not noisy. Once inside the building there is
approx 12 steps to the first floor then a lift to all other floors.
The building is one of a group of four buildings with a private car park in
the middle, with limited private parking.
A nice base for a couple on a budget, small but perfectly placed and
with all modern appliances.
