A two bedroom apartment, in a relatively new building in the up and coming Chaparil area of Nerja. Walking distance to all amenities, the beaches of Torrecilla and Playazo are within 200 to 300 yards away and you can be on the Balcon de Europa within five to ten minutes.

 

The apartment comprises, one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, a full bathroom with shower over the bath, a lounge with dining area and an American style kitchen.  There is also a small south facing balcony off the lounge, with table and chairs.  The apartment is on the third of three floors and there is a lift to all floors, also there is a large communal roof terrace, with plenty of sun bathing space and a splash pool, not for swimming but ideal for sitting in and cooling off between sun bathing sessions. This roof terrace also provides fantastic views to the sea, mountains and all around the town.

 

This is an ideal apartment for a small family holiday, no need for car hire, well placed for shops, restaurants in fact perfect for those of us on a budget.

A deposit of (25%) should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards & payment in any other currency can be made by prior arrangement. 

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable.  For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement.  Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
