his apartment is situated
in a nice quiet area of Tropicana with parking in a cul de sac, Nerja centre is five minutes
drive, approx. 1km. To enter the apartment there is approx. 12 steps, once inside you are all on one level, a fully fitted kitchen is on your left and a large lounge area straight ahead, the terrace is accessed through french windows in the lounge, this is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. There are also two bedrooms, one double and one twin, there is a balcony area off the double bedroom and a full bathroom, with shower over the bath. The apartment is well furnished, with all modern appliances and is very light and sunny. There is a large family friendly community swimming pool, bar/restaurant and gym, this is a great base for a relaxing holiday. But close to all Nerja has to offer eg. shops, bars, restaurants, the famous Caves, the Balcon de Europa etc.

A deposit of (25%)
should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in
sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling
rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept
credit cards & payment in any
other currency can be made by prior arrangement.
Full payment must be made four weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months.
