This is a terraced house on the popular urbanisation of Punta Lara, which is about 1km from the centre of Nerja.  The houses here are what I would call upside down houses, bedrooms on the ground floor and the living space on the first floor, but this is to give maximum coverage to the views.  There is street parking outside the house,  car hire would be recommended but it's not necessary there is a local bus service from a nearby Hotel.

You enter the house on the bedroom level, there are two twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Between the rooms there is a shower room, comprising toilet, washbasin and shower.

On the next floor there is a nice sized lounge with dining area, good furniture, a television, a gas heater for colder weather and french doors to a small balcony area, equipped with table and chairs.  Also leading off the terrace is a wrought iron spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace, which is also equipped with table, chairs and sun beds. This area has panoramic views to the sea, the mountains and the town of Nerja.

Just off the lounge is a fitted kitchen with modern facilities.

Also just at the top of the stairs is another shower room, modernised, fully tiled, washbasin in a vanity unit and toilet

The community has a large swimming pool and garden area.

A deposit of (25%) should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards.

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable.  For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement.  Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
