A terraced Villa with three bedroom on the popular Tropicana urbanisation, situated approx. 1km from the centre of Nerja. Car hire recommend but not essential, there is a local bus service from a nearby Hotel.
On entrance you find a large lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and a large terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. On the first floor there is three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, plus a full bathroom, also a balcony accessed from the two double bedrooms.
On Tropicana there is a large community swimming pool, bar/restaurant and a gym, all you need for a relaxing family holiday.
In Nerja you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Balcon de Europa the place to people watch in the summer months, also well worth a visit are the Caves of Nerja which are a few kilometres out of town in Maro.

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am,it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
