A two bedroom terraced Villa on three floors, close to Burriana beach the main beach in Nerja.  The entrance to the property is on the middle floor this comprises living room, kitchen, dining area, shower room and a balcony. Go up a floor and you find a large roof terrace with sun loungers and table with four chairs and magnificent views down to the beach, up to the mountains and all around town.  Go down a floor and you find the master bedroom with ensuite wet room, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom a utility room plus access from both bedrooms to a balcony.  In total there are three large balconies all with fantastic views and furniture either to sunbath or for al fresco dining.  The property is well furnished and has the benefit of air conditioning and all modern appliances.

The property is with 5 minutes walk of Burriana beach and approximately 20 minutes of the town centre, however the area is quite hilly so bear this in mind if you have walking difficulties, car hire is not essential but would be an advantage.

There is a community swimming pool only used by 15 houses and it is next to the property you can look over to it from the balconies.

A deposit of (25%) should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards.. 

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable.  For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement.  Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
