This apartment is on the ground floor and in a corner postion so extra space, there are two bedrooms, one double, one twin both with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms both with shower over bath and one of which is ensuite, a large lounge with dining area and American style kitchen.
The kitchen is of very good quality and has all modern appliances including a dishwasher. There is even a safe provided, lots of attention to detail for your comfort on holiday.
There is also a terrace accessed from the lounge by french windows and is equipped with very nice terrace furniture.
There is good car parking outside the building, the beach a stones throw away and also a supermarket and bars/restaurants within a two minute walk. Nerja and Torrox are five minutes by car and the promenade at Torrox Costa is a ten minute walk

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am, it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
