A country property set in the hills behind Torrox village, access is via a track which is steep in parts but is concreted, this setting is for a different type of holiday, peaceful, restful and with fantastic views. On one side you look down on Torrox village and beyond to the Costa and the otherside you look towards Frigiliana village. You are not isolated, you pass many Villas on the way and you have neighbouring Villas but you are not overlooked.

The Villa is modern open plan living, there is a large fully fitted kitchen, which also incorporates a large dining area, just off this area there is a living room which also has the sleeping area to the back, with a small enclosed shower room and toilet. The set up at the moment is for two people but extra beds can be put in for children, it would easily accomodate a family of four. The Villa is furnished to a high standard, comfortable sofas, large glass dining table with seating for six, a double bed and good quality bedlinen.

There is also a small store room outside which houses the washing machine and an extra toilet and shower.

There is a small splash pool and plenty of sunbathing areas around it and a wooden terraced area for that al fresco dining.

Plus there'splenty of parking.

A deposit of (25%)should accompany your booking form, this can be paid in sterling or euros (equivalent to the relevant sterling rate), either by cheque or bank transfer, we also accept credit cards.

Full payment must be made six weeks before your arrival and in the event of any cancellation the deposit is non refundable. For late bookings payment must be made in cash on arrival or occasionally by arrangement. Entry into the property is not until 16.00pm and departure is 10.00am,it is very important to stick to these times especially in busy summer months
